How to clean your Unox
Unox Det&Rinse ULTRAPLUS is a strong detergent for heavy soiling, recommended by Unox for poultry and meat fats. It is only for Unox ovens with an automatic washing system. Unox supplies it as a box of 10 x 1 litre bottles.

UnscrewUnscrew the bottle cap without removing the safety seal.
InsertInsert the bottle into the dedicated slot on the oven's detergent tank.
TwistTwist until the seal breaks, without the detergent coming into contact with you.

How to clean your MKN
