Price match promise
Found these products cheaper elsewhere? Let us know. If another UK supplier is selling the same cleaning chemical for less, we will aim to match the price.
What is covered
The price match promise applies to our cleaning chemicals only. Oven shelves, grids, racks and other accessories are not covered.
How to ask for a price match
- Before you place your order, email sales@kit4kitchens.co.uk with the product, the quantity you need, and proof of the lower price (see below).
- We check your request against the terms on this page.
- If it qualifies, we confirm the matched price by email. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Terms
- Request before you order. Please contact us before you place your order. We cannot match a price after you have bought.
- UK suppliers only. The lower price must come from a supplier based in the UK.
- Same product, same quantity. The product must be identical to ours (same brand, product code and pack size), for the same quantity, and in stock and available to buy now.
- Total price compared. We compare the total you would pay, including delivery and VAT. Our prices include free delivery, and VAT is added at checkout.
- Proof required. Please send a link to the product page or a written quote showing the price, the product, the quantity and any delivery charge.
- We may decline. We may decline a price match request, for example if we cannot verify the price or the offer. We may review or change these terms from time to time; orders already placed are not affected.
Our prices
Delivery is free on all orders. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless you choose to see them including VAT using the price switch at the top of the page.
