Where is my order?
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel with the courier. You can also check the latest status of any order online.
How to check your order status
- Sign in with your email address: use the one you placed the order with.
- Enter the one-time code: we'll email it to you straight away, so there's no password to remember.
- Tap your order to see its status and tracking.

Order before 2pm Mon–Fri and we aim to dispatch the same day; usually with you in 1–2 working days.
